Book a complimentary 20 minute discovery call! This is our opportunity to get to know each other. You will be able to share with us your current relationship with food and your body, and your goals for working together. We will provide some insight on how we practice here at Tap Into Nutrition. This includes utilizing a non-diet approach and practicing Intuitive Eating principles. If we both decide we are a good fit, we will move forward with some intake paperwork and scheduling our virtual initial nutrition assessment.
