Tap Into Nutrition utilizes a non-diet, weight-inclusive, Health at Every Size approach to empower our clients to break free from chronic dieting and understand nutrition in a gentle, evidence-based approach that emphasizes mental health as just as important as physical health.

You will be able to share with us your current relationship with food and your body, and your goals for working together. We will provide some insight on how we practice here at Tap Into Nutrition. This includes utilizing a non-diet approach and practicing Intuitive Eating principles. If we both decide we are a good fit, we will move forward with some intake paperwork and scheduling our virtual initial nutrition assessment.
