Tap Into Nutrition was founded by Samantha Barash, a Metro Detroit based intuitive eating registered dietitian dedicated to supporting individuals cultivate a healthy relationship with food and their bodies.

During 1-on-1 individualized sessions, we work with our clients to dive deep into their nutrition and dieting history to unlearn old mindsets.

This virtual immersive cohort experience is for TIN active clients, past clients, anyone and everyone who is interested in Intuitive Eating and gaining support and community around this life-changing practice.

I earned my Bachelor's of Science in Dietetics from Michigan State University and then went off to complete my accredited internship at Wayne State University. When I am not supporting my clients with navigating their plates from a non-diet approach, I can be found motivating riders as a cycling instructor at Cycle Bar in Troy, Michigan.

Book a complimentary 20 minute discovery call! This is our opportunity to get to know each other. You will be able to share with us your current relationship with food and your body, and your goals for working together. We will provide some insight on how we practice here at Tap Into Nutrition. This includes utilizing a non-diet approach and practicing Intuitive Eating principles. If we both decide we are a good fit, we will move forward with some intake paperwork and scheduling our virtual initial nutrition assessment.
